alice’s adventures in wonderland

I have been wanting to see the Exposition Park Rose Garden since spring – and what better opportunity to visit than an Alice inspired shoot amongst the roses? I think by now the whole universe knows how dear Alice is to my heart, so I was pretty jazzed about this shoot. I also tend to be the one behind the camera (for photography), so it was a fun change of pace to take these. Huge thank you to my bud Tony Castillo for braving the heat and spending an afternoon shooting these photos. Sure, the roses weren’t nearly as full in the thick of summer, but better late than never, right? Old Anthropologie dress from my sister, props leftover from my wedding, and photos edited by me.
