new york new york part five

Our last morning we headed to the top of the Rockefeller Center to get a view of the city. Then we saw the famous Christmas tree (though it wasn’t lit up yet 😦 ) and the ice skating rink. Afterwards we walked around Central Park (and saw the famous Alice in Wonderland statue!) and through FAO Schwartz (a child’s dream, I imagine).

New York was fun and exhausting, and I wish we had had more time to see more things, but what can ya do? It’s the city that never sleeps, and it sure felt like that. I didn’t realize until last night that we didn’t even have time to go to any dessert places! We’ll have to make another trip just for that (and to see more shows!).
