Guys, I don’t know what to say about this ice cream…except that it’s freaking DELICIOUS. No joke. I want to eat it five times a day.
I mixed the ingredients together for this Nutella ice cream one Saturday evening a couple weekends ago, refrigerated it overnight, poured it into the ice cream maker Sunday morning, and then stuck it in the freezer. After we got back from that baseball game we went to, we continued Oscar’s birthday celebration with this ice cream. Let me first say one thing: I kind of got over the whole Nutella craze earlier this year when I proceeded to stuff my face with it every day (aka I grew tired of it). But this ice cream has me coming back for more. I made another batch of it this weekend (it’s that good and that easy to make), and it’s already almost gone. We’ve made this strawberry ice cream, but adding eggs to this one just gave it that extra yummy creaminess. Do I have you craving it yet?
Some of the Nutella freezes in little chunks as it’s churning, which makes little yummy, chewy surprises as you’re eating it. I can’t get enough of it.
