Remember when I (very easily) recreated Chipotle’s veggie burrito bowl? Well, I also attempted to recreate Lyfe Kitchen’s Quinoa Crunch Wrap. Here is what I used:
Quinoa Crunch Wrap
*quinoa
*black beans (the real recipe calls for adzuki beans)
*lettuce
*sliced cucumber
*avocado
*edamame hummus (I found this at Trader Joe’s)
I forgot to add the tomato and asparagus, but you should definitely do soΒ for some extra filling and “crunch”. Also, I ate the leftovers cold – it’s even yummier that way.
This recipe is super simple, and you can adapt it any way you like.

Thanks for the post. The quinoa crunch wrap is one of my FAVORITE things!!! Don’t forget the broccoli (it’s one of my favorite parts… it seems like they lightly steam it because it’s a tiny bit softer than raw). π
