quinoa crunch wrap


Remember when I (very easily) recreated Chipotle’s veggie burrito bowl? Well, I also attempted to recreate Lyfe Kitchen’s Quinoa Crunch Wrap. Here is what I used:

Quinoa Crunch Wrap


*black beans (the real recipe calls for adzuki beans)


*sliced cucumber


*edamame hummus (I found this at Trader Joe’s)


I forgot to add the tomato and asparagus, but you should definitely do so for some extra filling and “crunch”. Also, I ate the leftovers cold – it’s even yummier that way.


This recipe is super simple, and you can adapt it any way you like.
