buried

Shamefully, I have barely been using my DSLR. With the ease of my smartphone (including the ability to post instantly online) and with the fun of using an Instax camera, I just haven’t been carrying it with me. That being said, I’m going to try and pick it up more.

A few weeks back (already?!), I did bring it on our trip to the dog beach with my cousin, her boyfriend, and their cute little Dachshund (have I mentioned how much we love the dog beach?). I know my last post was photos of Kipling at the beach, but these photos are all ones that I took on a separate occasion (and are actually quite funny). Whitney decided to bury Kipling in the sand, and she was such a (cute) good sport about it. Whitney dug a little too deep and ended up with a huge patch of tar on his knee that he spent the whole time trying to get off. But a knife and some dish soap later at home, he was tar free.

*No animals were harmed in the making of this post.*

Kipling getting all up in everyone’s business (stuff)…as usual.

And just for kicks and giggles, I had to post this (below). The photo on the left of Sonny was taken on a camping trip we took during Spring Break a few years ago.
