(From left to right)
1. Finished reading The Happiness Project. Can’t wait to start my own! 2. Trying out our new vacuum (we’re an old married couple now). 3. Trip to Alamo Drafthouse with the boy I nanny to see Wreck it Ralph. Such a creative movie. 4. Instax photos taken at the park with Kipling. 5. An important quote to remember (from The Happiness Project). 6. Finally made a trip to Toy Joy and came home with some awesome loot! 7. “Love is patient”…our dresser decor.
If you know me, you know I take entirely way too many photos of my dog. And I wouldn’t have it any other way. *Also seen: Riley, my nanny family’s dog, and the bag of pet hair tools that came with our vacuum.
Inspired by the girls at A Beautiful Mess, I’ve started a mile a day (or 1.2 miles for the route I take). My husband and Kip have both joined me. *The top photo is just another foot picture taken on a (slightly) rainy morning.
Good food and drink 1. Jason’s Deli with my husband and his best friend (and roommate). 2. Wine wine wine. 3. Finally made a trip to Gourdough’s, a specialty donut shop. So. Good. 4. Break-and-bake chocolate chip cookies. 5. Made from scratch chocolate chip cookies. Obviously, I can never have enough chocolate chip cookies.
CHRISTMAS CHRISTMAS CHRISTMAS. EVERYTHING HOLIDAY RELATED. 1. A pretty Christmas wreath on a mailbox during a dog walk and pretty leaves that have changed color this season. 2. My favorite candle I burn daily during the Christmas season. 3. Christmas decor shopping at Target. 4. More pretty plants on my morning walk to the bus stop. 5. Our baby Christmas tree (we’ll have a real one next year!). 6. “Our First Christmas” ornament…finally found one I liked! 7. Beautiful fall tree at the park. 8. The Elf on the Shelf showed up at my nanny family’s house! He’s watching you!
I’m apparently going a little Instagram crazy. But I love it, so who cares, right?!
