shop ’til you drop

The last time I really went shopping was in the fall at the San Marcos outlets. Obviously, it has been entirely too long. I feel I have been very frugal in my attempts to save for the move to California, but sometimes you just have to do something nice for yourself. I’m thinking a shopping trip is in order, and here are just a few of my wish list items (I know, I already own too many dresses!):

Sweetheart Chambray Dress from Forever 21. I love the sweetheart neckline, the texture, and the uneven looking hemline.
The back. 1. I love cinched waists. 2. I love bows.
Lace & Posies Dress from Forever 21. I am really into ruffles right now. And this dress’ simplicity is perfect for spring and summer! “Farm to Market” meets “Chic”.
Floral Peter Pan Top from Forever 21. I adore the collar and again, the bow in the center. Florals are so perfect for this time of year, and this top reminds me of the 1940s (an era I wish I lived in just for the clothes).
Woven Floral Shorts from Forever 21. I have been seeing shorts like these everywhere, and theyre so dang cute! Again, florals! I want!
Strapless Floral Romper from Forever 21. I have been wanting a romper since last spring, and I have yet to find one that is flattering (I am 5’3″ with a short torso)! I only hope this spring I can add one to my wardrobe.

Of course, there are many more things I would like (read: need) to add to my wardrobe: cardigans, suede ankle boots, high-waisted shorts, short overalls, a red belt, etc. etc. Maybe I will make a trip this weekend. I’ll let you know what I’m able to bring home!
